News & Publicity

The school issues a half termly Newsletter intended to keep parents abreast of school developments and successes, and to celebrate achievement.

From time to time we take photos of pupils, which we then use in a variety of publicity materials, including our newsletter and website.  We take great care to ensure that images used are appropriate to their purpose, which are generally to celebrate success and promote achievement in school life.  Please contact the school if you do not wish your child's picture to appear in any of our internal or external publicity material.

Ilkley Grammar School PTA

All parents are invited to join the Parent Teacher Association, which works imaginatively and tirelessly on behalf of the school and raises extra money to enhance students' opportunities.

The Association also takes an interest in other aspects of school life and your active support would be welcome!  This is your school and your help is greatly appreciated.  We want parents to be involved: please work with us for those all important extras.  Click here for PTA news and events.

Take a Break

Also, half termly, we invite parents to join us for coffee across the school break time from 9.45am with students and staff.  These are informal opportunities to welcome parents into school so they can see us from a different angle.
